Auster is committed to creating sweets that use only the finest ingredients, which are essential in today's increasingly health-conscious world.

Currently, the food industry is returning to a focus on the selection of ingredients. It is natural that using butter and sugar makes for easy-to-understand, delicious sweets. From there, Auster has gone back to the raw materials and carefully selected each one to create the perfect sweets: "Carré."

"Carré" is an original baked confectionery from Auster, made with four carefully selected ingredients: almonds, corn, cane sugar, and brandy (or brown sugar shochu).

Each carré contains one almond, and is oil-free (contains almond fat), gluten-free, vegan, and additive-free, making it a carefully crafted product.

Carré means square in French.
Made into square, bite-sized pieces.

*Testing has shown that the alcohol content has evaporated, making it suitable for people of all ages.
