■BERMUDA MODEL (Physical)

[Eligibility to participate]

Amateur matches: Anyone can participate.

Novice competition: Only for experienced beginners or those not ranked in the top three.

Junior Class: Limited to those aged 16-24.

Professional matches: WFF PRO license required.

[Judging Criteria]

Emphasis is placed on well-developed upper body muscles, the presence or absence of body fat (separation, striations), and natural staging (posing) rather than excessive muscle expression (bodybuilding).

The ratio in the pose is (upper body 7: lower body 3), but it is also important to have a 5:5 muscle mass ratio in terms of overall balance, and the outline of the legs visible through shorts is also an important point.

Participants will be judged and placed into classes based on their height.

・176cm or less (short class)

・Over 176cm (tall class)

Muscle mass beyond body building is highly valued as an effort, but may not be evaluated.

Judging standards]

The development of muscles in the upper body (bulk), absence of body fat (separations and striations), as well as natural stage performance are emphasized.

Poses are judged according to the overall body shape and balance, as well as appropriate level of appealing presentations on muscle mass and the ability to maximize individuality. Refrain from excessive level of appealing presentations.

Short, Medium and Tall categories will be established, depending on the number of participants.
