Amateur matches: Anyone can participate.

Professional matches: WFF PRO license required.

[Evaluation Criteria]

Emphasis is placed on the development of the lower body, especially the gluteus maximus and thighs, for women.

・Lower body: Well-developed gluteus maximus and thigh muscles

・Muscle separation must be visible, but as this is a category that places emphasis on the female form, excessive striations are not required.


* Upper body: Although not as strong as the lower body, there is balanced muscle development.

* Overall balance of the body: natural muscle development and beautiful body lines


[Evaluation criteria]

- Conditions equivalent to those required for bikini competitions are required.

However, more muscle mass is required than in bikini competitions, especially in the lower body.

- The upper body does not need to have excessive muscle mass like a figure.

Skin tone, beauty of pose, facial expressions (smile, etc.), confidence, intelligence, and the ability to attract other participants.



* Separation: A state in which the boundaries between muscles are clearly defined.

* Striations: A condition in which muscle fibers are visible.

* Condition: Refers to the overall condition of the body, including skin condition, muscle tone, and body fat percentage.



[Examination method]

・Free pose: 40 seconds or less (may be shortened to 30 seconds depending on the number of participants)

・Walking Route: Walking routines may vary depending on the venue, but the route will include side walks, front walks, and back walks.
