[Eligibility to participate]

・Amateur match: Anyone can participate.

・Professional matches: WFF PRO license qualification is required.

[Judging Criteria]

In the women's bodybuilding class, judges evaluate contestants on balanced muscle structure, the presence or absence of subcutaneous fat (separation and striations), and stage performance that emphasizes feminine beauty.

Judging will be in one class only, regardless of weight or height.

[Dress Code]

A bikini costume designed specifically for toned bodies.

Within 40 seconds (may be shortened to 30 seconds depending on the number of participants)

Comparative judging: front, side, back and quarter turn from opposite side.

[Judging standards]

This is the women's body building class and participants are judged on their balanced muscle development, as well as absence of body fat (separations and striation), as well as the stage performance that emphasizes feminine beauty.

The judging is conducted in one class only, irrespective of body weights and heights.
