[Eligibility to participate]

Amateur matches: Anyone can participate.

Professional matches: WFF PRO license required.

[Evaluation Criteria]
Emphasis is placed on the size of developed muscles, and the judges will comprehensively consider the presence or absence of subcutaneous fat (separation, striations), muscle contours, balance, etc. The judges will also consider the ability to express natural beauty (posing) and the beauty of the body shape.
Participants will be entered into classes based on height and weight.

Starting at lightweight:
1. Fitness
2. Performance
3. Athletics
4. Super Body
5. Extreme 5 classes.



[Dress Code]
Bodybuilding pants (any color)
barefoot

[Examination method]
Both amateurs and professionals will be judged over three rounds.
 
Round 1
Free pose (amateur 30-40 seconds, professional 60 seconds)
 
Round 2
Comparative judging: Front, side, back and opposite quarter turn.
 
Round 3: Comparative Judging: The following 8 poses

1. Front Double Biceps

2. Front Lat Spread

3.Side Chest

4. Side Triceps

5. Rear Double Biceps Back Double Biceps

6.Rear Lat Spread

7. Abdominals & Thighs

8. Most Muscular (including choice of variation)



[Judging standards]
This is a body building class that pursues a classic body figure, with a focus on the size of developed muscles and participants are judged comprehensively based on the absence of subcutaneous fat (separations and striation), as well as muscle contours and balance. In addition, the ability to express (posing) natural beauty and body shape beauty is also assessed for judging.
Participants enter classes established for different body heights and body weights.

Starting from the light weight classes:
1.Fitness
2. Performance
3.Athletics
4.Super Body
5.Extreme are the five classes.

[Dress code]
・Body building pants (color selection is unrestricted)
・Barefoot

[Judging method]
A judging is conducted in three rounds for both Amateurs and Professionals.
 
Round 1
Free posing (30 to 40 seconds for amateurs and 60 seconds for professionals)
 
Round 2
Comparative judging: Quarter turns consisting of the front, side, back and other side.
 
Round 3: Comparative judging: Following eight compulsory poses
1. Abdominals and Thighs
2. Front Lat Spread
3. Front Double Biceps
4.Side Chest
5.Side Triceps
6. Back Lat Spread
7.Back Double Biceps
8. Enormous Muscular
