Inclusion Charter

We believe that bodybuilding and fitness are about fairness and equality, respect and dignity. Bodybuilding and fitness teach individuals how to work hard and succeed, how to deal with success and disappointment, and they bring people together around a common goal.

We believe that everyone should be able to take part in, compete safely and enjoy all aspects of bodybuilding and fitness - whoever that is, what their role is, what their background or ability is - and that goes for our staff, participants, members, volunteers and supporters.

We are committed to ensuring all people in bodybuilding and fitness have the opportunity to participate safely and feel welcome by hosting events that actively promote inclusion.

We strive to ensure that these values are realized for all participants, regardless of gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, race, nationality, ethnic background or disability. We work together and individually to keep bodybuilding and fitness free from all forms of discrimination.

We want bodybuilding and fitness to be a safe and welcoming place for everyone and will challenge any behaviour that is unacceptable. We will ensure that procedures are in place to raise and deal with any complaints or concerns professionally and sensitively.

We encourage fair and equal opportunities in all aspects of bodybuilding and fitness for people with physical or intellectual disabilities aspiring to compete, coach, administrator, judge or official. We work with stakeholders to provide venues and facilities that are welcoming and accessible to all participants.
