【参加資格】

・アマチュア戦 : どなたでも参加可能です。

・プロ戦 : WFF PROライセンス資格が必要となります。

[審査基準］

女子のボディビルクラスで、バランスの取れた筋肉の造形、皮下脂肪の有無（セパレーションやストリエーション）、女性美を強調したステージパフォーマンスなどを審査する。

審査は体重、身長に関係なく1クラスのみで行う。

 

[ドレスコード］

引き締まった体型専用のビキニコスチューム。

クリアヒール着用

 

[審査方法］

フリーポージング

40秒以内（参加人数により30秒に短縮する場合があります。）

比較審査正面、側面、背面、反対側からのクォーターターン。

 

［Judging standards]

This is the women’s body building class and participants are judged on their balanced muscle development, as well as absence of body fat (separations and striation), as well as the stage performance that emphasizes feminine beauty.

The judging is conducted in one class only, irrespective of body weights and heights.

 

[Dress code]

・Bikini costumes dedicated for toned figures

・Clear heels are worn

 

[Judging method]

・Free posing

Up to 40 seconds (this may be reduced to 30 seconds, depending on the number of participants)

・Comparative judging: Quarter turns consisting of the front, side, back and other side.
